2. contractual partner, conclusion of contract<\/strong>The purchase contract is concluded with Mein Wortschatz.The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent. When the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you have chosen. <\/p>

3. contract language, contract text storage<\/strong>The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view and download the terms and conditions here on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login. <\/p>

4. delivery conditions<\/strong>Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.We do not deliver to packing stations. <\/p>

5. prices, payment<\/strong>The prices shown in this store are final prices plus shipping costs. In accordance with \u00a7 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged and therefore not shown. We do not have a minimum order value.<\/p>

6. retention of title<\/strong>The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.<\/p>

7. right of withdrawal<\/strong>As the buyer, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason, see withdrawal policy<\/a>. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. The return of used books is excluded.<\/p>

8. transport damage<\/strong>If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights.
